Prep for Your Week

Think of Sunday as your warm-up for the week ahead. It's not about working, it's about preparing. Spend roughly 45 minutes to an hour to get ahead and you'll thank yourself on Monday morning.
- Plan Your Top 5 Priorities: The five most important things you need to accomplish this week, both professionally and personally. Write them down. This gives you a clear focus and prevents you from getting distracted.
- Clear and Clean Your Space: Take a few minutes to clean up your workspace. A cluttered desk leads to a cluttered mind. Put things away and set out the items you'll need first thing on Monday.
- Meal Prep: You don't have to cook everything but at least have a plan. Decide what you'll eat during the day. This saves time and mental energy during the busy workweek.
