Most of us grew up with paper packets of hot chocolate powder. They’re fine in a pinch, but the secret to a really good cup is using real chocolate.
- Next time you're at your favourite grocery store, pick up a bar of your favourite chocolate—milk or dark. Skip the powder, chop a few squares, and melt them into warm milk. The result is thicker, creamier, and far more satisfying.
