You can choose to redeem Miles everytime and make the most of your membership.
What are the eligibility criteria for redeeming miles?
Your Miles give you access to a wide range of exciting rewards. If you have sufficient Miles balance, then you will be shown an option to redeem otherwise you can choose to pay via other payment options, letting you to earn Miles on that transaction. For instance, if your bill value is INR 100 & Miles required for redemption is INR 20 & you have less than 20 Miles, then you can only Earn Miles on the said transaction. Please Note: Your mobile number should be verified with InterMiles for you to redeem Miles.
What happens to my miles if have added / deleted rewards in my cart while proceeding to the payments page?
Miles are calculated basis reward items after payment is successfully done. If the rewards have been cancelled/returned, then miles if redeemed will reflect in your account statement. Please access using login credentials by visiting InterMiles App/Website.
